1. We have booked a mobile home. From what time can we arrive? And what time should we leave on the day of departure?

We look forward to seeing you from 3pm. You must vacate the mobile home on the day of your departure by 9:30 a.m. at the latest, after making an appointment for the inventory of fixtures.

2. Mobile home: can we arrive on the day we want?

It depends on the season.
Outside July and August, you can arrive on the day of your choice (subject to availability) for 2 nights or more.
In July and August, arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays for a minimum stay of 7 days.

3. Bare pitch: We have reserved a pitch. From what time can we arrive? And what time should we leave on the day of departure?

Pitches are available from 12:00 noon and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. You can arrive whenever you like, any day of the week

4. Can I arrive after reception has closed?

NO, except in cases of force majeure… Our reception closes at 7pm in low season and at 8pm in high season.
In the event of force majeure, you can contact us directly on the campsite number to notify us of your late arrival and we will explain the procedure to follow.

5. I won’t arrive until the next day / I’ll leave the day before…

No refunds will be made in these cases. Please let us know if you are arriving late, so that we don’t worry you unnecessarily. In the event of early departure, please let us know the time of your departure so that we can organize an internal inventory of fixtures with you.

6. Are pets allowed in mobile homes?

Yes and no. Tattooed or chipped, vaccinated dogs are accepted. They must be kept on a leash during their stay and must not be left alone on the pitches to avoid any nuisance to neighbors. 1st and 2nd category dogs are prohibited.

7. How do I get in and out of the car?

Barriers are installed at the campsite entrance.
No vehicles are allowed on the campsite between 11pm and 7am, except in emergencies.
The entrance gate does not open after 11pm. If you arrive and the gate won’t open, you can leave your car in the parking lot at the campsite entrance.
In the event of an emergency, the output is automatic 24H/24H.

8. Deposit: when is it due?

On your arrival. A deposit of 200€ per accommodation will be required on arrival:
The deposit can be paid by cheque, cash or credit card.
From the Monday following your arrival, you must go to reception to make an appointment for your departure inventory of fixtures, which will take place between 6:30 and 9:30 at the latest. Your deposit will be returned to you, after the departure inventory in the presence of a cleaning lady or receptionist, less, if necessary, the cost of damaged or missing equipment, or end-of-stay cleaning if the accommodation is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. If you leave early in the morning, or late on the day before your scheduled departure, and the inventory of fixtures is not done, we will tear up your check or cancel the card imprint when we have done the inventory of fixtures ourselves. If your deposit is in cash, we ask you to respect the inventory of fixtures times and to make an appointment with us.

9. Would you like me to grill?

Electric barbecues are prohibited. A barbecue is available on the terrace with every mobile home rental. However, you can’t barbecue on the terrace to avoid starting a fire.

10. Can I park more than one car in my space?

Yes, this is possible, but you must specify it when you make your reservation. The 2nd vehicle is paying.

11. I’d like to receive my family and/or friends: is this possible?

We understand your desire to entertain friends and family. But I’m sure you’ll understand that we can’t accommodate everyone in the field. Because, like all campsites, we have a maximum capacity that must not be exceeded for insurance reasons. Your guests will be asked to pay an entrance fee. For reasons of safety and comfort, reception is entitled to refuse any visitor if the maximum occupancy of the accommodation has been reached. In any case, let’s talk about it beforehand and come and see us at Reception to discuss it face-to-face. Then introduce your guests to us on arrival, so they don’t have to worry about being approached by our management or staff. Visitors’ vehicles are not allowed on the site. Free parking is available outside the campsite.

12. What type of swimsuit can I bring to the pool?

Swimming shorts, underwear and wetsuits are not permitted in our water park. Regulations concerning water analysis have evolved considerably, and ARS (Agence Régionale de la Santé) restrictions are even stricter.

13. Is the pool open to our guests?

The water park is private and free of charge, and accessible only to residents of the campsite. Your visitors won’t have access to it.

14. I have one more person to sleep…

For reasons of comfort, rentals have a maximum capacity of 4, 6 or 8 people, depending on the mobile-home model. If you are planning to welcome an extra person, make sure you rent a mobile home that can accommodate this person, and declare the new occupant to the campsite reception desk to pay the tourist tax and see the various terms and conditions.

15. What if I opt for the cleaning service at the end of my stay…?

If you wish to take the “end-of-stay cleaning package” option, you can request this from us no later than the day before your departure from the campsite, subject to availability. Please note: dishes and cupboards must be clean when you leave. You’ll also need to put your household garbage in the designated area, and keep the area around the mobile home spotless.

16. I have a preference for a mobile home…

Would you like a specific location or to be side by side with family and friends? The earlier you book, the more likely it is to be possible. Please indicate this in the comments when booking.

17. Rates, rules, tourist tax… what’s included in the price of your stay?

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and include :

  • parking for 1 vehicle on the site
  • supply of gas, water, electricity (10 amps)
  • use of the accommodation and its facilities
  • access to shared sanitary facilities and infrastructure
  • access to the aquatic area
  • access to entertainment, kids’ and teens’ club (except for paid entertainment)
  • loan of iron and ironing board


18. Tourist tax is €0.45 per night, per person over 18.

19. When do I pay my deposit and balance?

A reservation becomes firm and definitive upon receipt of your deposit.
The deposit represents 30% of the total cost of the stay.
You can pay the deposit by cheque, credit card or ANCV vacation vouchers.
The balance of your stay must then be paid 30 days before the beginning of your stay at the latest, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
The balance will be paid by credit card, cheque or ANCV vacation vouchers. Reservations made 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full.

20. What equipment can I rent on site?


Wood-fired or charcoal barbecues are permitted on your pitch.
Barbecues can be hired for €4/day.

Fridge rental ?

Fridge hire by prior arrangement. 4/day

Baby equipment?

Cots and high chairs for hire by prior arrangement. 10€/ stay per equipment.


Bicycle hire for your family or friends, by the day or week. It’s also possible to rent a baby seat or the bike with a children’s trailer.

21. What equipment can I rent in a mobile home?

Bed linen ?

Linen rental at €10 / bed for the stay.
Pillows, blankets or comforters and undersheets are available in the rentals. Additional blankets can be borrowed free of charge on request from reception.

Baby equipment?

Cots and high chairs for hire by prior arrangement. 10€/ stay per equipment.

22. Do you offer cancellation insurance?

When you make your reservation, you can opt for cancellation insurance. We propose you the company CAMPEZ COUVERT. The conditions are indicated on the downloadable document “Cancellation Insurance”, on our website. Please read them carefully to be aware of the details, as not all causes for cancellation will be considered. In case of cancellation you will then deal directly with the company CAMPEZ COUVERT.

23. I wish to cancel my stay…

If you took out CAMPEZ COUVERT cancellation insurance when you booked, you must contact them to declare the cancellation or interruption of your stay.
If you cancel your stay before arrival, we will not refund your deposit and it will be forfeited. You have to inform us by phone, then the cancellation will become final upon receipt of an email or letter from you.
If you do not show up on the day of your scheduled arrival and without any news from you, the rental will be held for 24 hours. The day after your arrival at 4 p.m., the rental will again be put up for sale. No refunds will be made in this case.

24. What extra charges apply during my stay?


A wifi connection is available throughout the campsite. You can connect directly to their site (10 min free) and pay directly by credit card for the package you want. Tickets are on sale at reception if you cannot pay by credit card (during opening hours).


Laundry with 4 washing machines and 1 dryer (tokens available at reception): €4 drying and €4 washing!

Games room

There’s also a games room with video games, cuddly toys and table soccer (for a fee).


A fee of €1.50 per golf club + rental ball.


A fee is charged for certain events.
