Île d’Yeu is a Vendée island accessible from the Port of Fromentine, 20 minutes from Le Ragis campsite (departure all year round) and from the Port of Saint Gille Croix de Vie (departure from April to September). It is unique in the beauty of its landscapes. Discover Port-Joinville, Port de la meule, megalithic sites, lighthouses and sheltered coves for swimming in crystal-clear water.

Visit Ile d’Yeu

Île d’Yeu offers a variety of ways to visit the island, the best of which, in our opinion, is to take your bikes with you or rent them on site to ride the 23 km Tour de l’ile or take the side roads.

Companies for the crossing :

Compagnie Yeu Continent departs from Fromentine all year round. For an additional charge, you can bring your own bikes.
La Compagnie Vendéenne departs from Fromentine (45 min), from April to September and during the All Saints’ vacation, or from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (1h), from April to September.

Visit monuments: Le Phare de la Petite Foule or Grand Phare, Le Vieux Château, La Citadelle and the Bois de Pierre Levée,
